 The India-Canada Association of Calgary (OBJECTS)
1. To educate and increase the public’s understanding and appreciation of the arts and festivals by providing performances of an artistic, religious and multicultural nature in public places, community centers and educational institutions, and by facilitating seminars on topics relating to such performances.
2. To provide assistance and necessities of life to victims of disasters in Canada and other countries through fundraising.
3. To provide, administer and maintain a multi-use facility for the Indian and other communities in and around Calgary.
4. To provide education and other information for support services for immigrants, including language instruction, employment training, job search programs, translation services and information programs on Canadian culture and life.
5. To advance education by providing scholarships, business, academic excellence awards, distinctive achievement awards, and other forms of financial assistance to eligible high school students intending to attend University or Post Secondary Institutions.
